Innovation and Business Development Manager at Vodafone
Identifying suitable products and incorporating them into the Vodafone Portfolio (mainly related to security or verticals such as Turism and Retail), at the same time searching for gaps in the market. Making the business plan for the product launch and coordinating all the different parties involved, including: the Suppliers, Product Marketing, Maintenance Services, Finance and Legal Departments.
My work also consists of carrying out market studies in various sectors and cross areas such as: Retail, Tourism and Security. I then try to develop innovative products to match customer requirements in these sectors.
My duties comprise management of the Business Experience Center, designing innovative products and updating existing solutions. I am also responsible for accompanying business visitors at the center, showing them around, explaining our products and services and dealing with customer queries.
This Innovation Center is focused on major companies, establishing working relationships with the CEOs of those enterprise.
